My wife, Marge and I just returned home to Abbotsford, British Columbia from a wedding in Calgary, Alberta. It was a beautiful wedding. It was beautiful for us because of its uniqueness, a first for us ….an "Internet wedding"! 

I had been exchanging messages with Helga for almost two years now relating to the beginning, and continuing in the development of, her relationship with Terry. Terry is a relatively new Christian, who received Christ during the Power to Change evangelistic campaign in December 2000.

I was amazed at how such a bond of friendship could develop among us through only e-mail messages. 

Marge and I had the privilege to meet both Helga and Terry in Red Deer, Alberta almost a year ago and that further solidified that bond. Then early this spring we received the invitation to the wedding in Calgary. Marge's immediate response was, "I’m going; if you want to come you can join me."
