Amanda assist the TruthMedia team in a variety of ways.  She administers client invoices for work done by the team, purchases, records and sets up domain names for hosting and development, contributes to various projects, and tracks stats for TruthMedia.

Interactive Resource Co-ordinator & Advisor
Barb develops the schedule and curriculum for the chat rooms, and researches books and articles to use as resources across the sites. Her Interwoven skills include helping to create goals for evangelism and discipleship for the sites, identifying and encouraging people in their talents and spiritual gifts, and resourcing and encouraging others in their area of ministry.

Bernice V.
Operational Manager
Bernice is capable of all tasks in Interwoven, trains people in Interwoven and delegates tasks to other team members. Bernice serves as the co-ordinator for our online small groups. She is responsible for managing our volunteer systems and assists with finding recommended resources for the sites.  Her skills include managing taks for the team, making buttons, fixing troublesome pages in IW, leading site migrations, managing special projects, training in IW, overseeing chat curriculum/calendars, some marketing and key word work, and being involved in myriads of details for the daily operation of the sites.

Junior Web Editor
Candice assists with all types of editoral and webmaster tasks associated with the TruthMedia sites. She is capable of all tasks in Interwoven. Some of her work involves creating articles, indexes and forms in Interwoven, croping and sizing images, importing in images, helping to build websites, and editing and writing articles. She works directly under Bernice.

Editorial Publisher, Women Today Magazine
Senior Editor, Power to Change
Claire is responsible for finding, editing and securing permission to use all of the content on the Women Today Magazine and Power to Change websites.  She helps in overseeing Chinese Women Today and aiding with content and taglines.  She helps with policies and decisions that affect the department such as content syndication, editorial standards, public relations, hiring, and copyright.  She could be called the departmental historian, as she knows where most things are, where they came from, and why long standing procedures were originally put in place.

Interactive Manager

Doris serves as the Director for the Interactive arm of Women Today Online. Her skills include training, overseeing mentors and chat host teams, and interacting with staff and volunteers that are involved in the Interactive side of our websites.  She also co-ordinates and trains all those involved in our online small group ministry.

Editorial Translator
Chretiennes and Femmes Aujourd'hui
Evelyne works as the Editorial Translator for our two French language websites. She translates articles each month and handles any French correspondence.

Leah J.
Editorial Administrator
Leah is responsible for building pages for the Women Today Magazine monthly issue. This includes finding images, connecting interactivity and hook articles to gospel articles, and ensuring that author's bios and photos are included in articles. She updates indexes, makes sure articles have been moved to appropriate indexes, builds home pages, and updates images. Leah works with articles by editing, updating bio's, adding pictures and repairing broken links. She builds thelife newsletters, the Femmes Aujourd'hui monthly issue, and the Chretinnes monthly issue. This entails adding new DCR's, updating indexes, and building the front page.

Mandy is Karen's right hand. She assists Karen in all matters concerning sites, assists in project management of the Chinese Women Today website, and helps in tracking things.

Director, China Ministry
Serena serves as the director of the China ministry for the Chinese Women Today website. She oversees the editorial content and translation of this bi-lingual site while managing a diverse team of 40 committed volunteers.

Our longest standing staff member, Stacy has written for Women Today since the ministry's inception in 1995. She is responsible for all of the content on the Christian Women Today site -- writing, editing and co-ordinating the articles for each issue. Her Interwoven skills include building and editing dcr's and doing live deploy's of Christian Women Today.

Stefanie helps with putting together the new issue of Christian Women Today for each month. Her job includes reviewing and editing articles, corresponding with authors, collecting stats, creating newsletters, maintaining and updating webpages, creating banners and buttons, working with other editors to develop editorial guidelines, creating standards and themes, and anything else related to the editorial department.

Terri processes all of the requests for e-mail mentoring and matches each woman with the mentor best suited to her question.
