This procedure works on WTM should be followed on CWT in the same way.

For each month, a copy is made of a main index page (Beauty, Advice etc).  The Index page is called “Adviceapril05” for example. All main index pages should be recreated in this manner each month.  
When the issue is completed and is ready to go live, the "adviceapril05" isresavedas “Advice”.  Thus, all index pages are being updated, including the home page each and every month.

Important Note:  New articles should be added toboth(1)the Main index as a feature (or whatever), and (2) to the correlating subindex page (ie. adviceapril05) where it belongs. This is so that the article will appear in the correct spot in the new completed issue. In this way, we will avoid having any floating articles.
