The following explains the functions of the titles at the top of the page:

My Profile is your personal information.  This is where your password can be changed if it is needed.  

 Pre-Written is where you can store pre-written messages.  If you find you are dealing regularly with the same topic, such as divorce, adultery, etc. you can create a message that you can simply insert into your response, which saves the time of having to re-type the same response each time.

 Enter in a keyword (a word that will categorize for you, such as “Divorce”); Under the “Text” portion, type in your generic response.  Click on “Insert” when you are done and it becomes saved.  Click on the ‘emails’ button at top of your page to return to your email requests.

Clicking on “Logout” will return you to the opening “Login” screen.  You may then close out of your Internet screen.
