Dear Mentoring Team,

Thank you for the difference that you are making in the lives of people around the globe!  God is using the mentoring program in significant ways.  As many of you are aware, the volume of emails has increased to the point where we have put new software in place to help us effectively answer all of the questions.  This is the same mentoring program that you originally signed up for, it just looks a little different on your screen.  We are using this email to make answering the questions easier for you and also to ensure that every question does get answered. 

We appreciate your patience as we walk through the transition into this new system and wanted to take this opportunity to give you some more information about how to use the system.  It is our firm belief that this system will simplify the process for everyone, and most important, for each of you.  It will take all of us a little while to adjust, but we are confident that you will quickly become familiar with it.  

If you would like to speak to someone in person, call 1-800-563-1106 ext 208.  If you have questions about using the system, we want to help!  You can call our toll free number anytime during our office hours (8 - 4.30 PST) ask for Terry Klatt and she will be happy to answer your questions.  If you call outside of office hours, feel free to leave a message with your email address and we will get back to you.

Again, we appreciate the effort that you have brought to the mentoring system and the adjustment that it takes to work in the new system.  Please bear with us as we all walk this transition together.  You are a vital part of this ministry and we could not do it without you.
