Inserts are a better way to include author bios, google tracking code or the three questions into an article dcr.
It is very easy to create an insert.
Simply choose File > New Form Entry. Choose Content then Insert.
A form will open with a single Visual Format field.
Enter the information you want to be able to add to any number of articles.
Save it in a directory under /templatedata/content/insert/data/ such as authorbio or questions. See the retirementwithapurpose.com branch for an example.
Now open the article dcr that you want to add the insert to. Go to the insert section and browse until you find the insert you want to include. Select it and it will add /directory/filename inside the text field.
Notice the lack of .html at the end of the filename. That is correct. Do not add .html. If you do it will not work. Capeesh?
You can add 5 or less inserts to each article and change the order of the display. All inserts will show up below the body of the article on the site.
