Silent names... people who are in the chat room, but don't join in the conversation. How should we regard them?

We would like to encourage you to consider these silent names as listeners who are being ministered to. 

At times it may seem disappointing when some names don't participate in the conversation, but be assured that they may be watching and learning! Think of the situation as an online radio talk show where you can't see your actual audience, but you know that they are there! We encourage you to carry the conversation on with your co-host so as to communicate encouragement to the women. You may even want to share the gospel message so that those who are silent can read it for themselves. The Holy Spirit can work in mysterious ways; don't discount those silent chat names in the room.
